Use this Halloween checklist to help you feel completely prepared for your Halloween festivities this year! This list has everything you need to remember to make sure you and your whole family are prepared!
Do you ever feel like Halloween just sort of sneaks up you every year? It can seem like such a simple holiday – just find the kids their costumes and you’re done – right? But then you start to realize that you also need to decide what treats to hand out, and you need an appropriate bag or bucket for each kid for trick-or-treating, and wasn’t this the year that you were finally going to throw that fun Halloween party for the kids and a few of their friends? And pretty soon you end up feeling like “I just don’t have time for any of this! It’s too much!” Like with anything, a little planning goes a long way when it comes to Halloween and that’s where this handy Halloween checklist comes in! This list will help you make sure you remember to take care of every aspect of your Halloween celebration without feeling like a zombie by the end of it. 🙂
How to Use the Halloween Checklist
This list has several different sections for every area of Halloween festivities. Use whichever ones apply to you! I really like the section on safety reminders to go over with your kids before you head out for trick-or-treating. It can be easy to forget that part of things with all the excitement in the air on the big night!
I also find that I often take care of the kids’ costumes really early in the year but end up forgetting about all of the “extras” that are needed like reflectors and warm clothes for under the costumes so this is really helpful for that too.
