In today’s post I’ll be sharing a few books that I consider home decor book essentials for people who love classic style. I already own a few of these, but otherwise today’s post is basically my Christmas wish list! Ha! Enjoy. 🙂
I’m going to need some more bookshelves. My book wish list keeps growing and growing and I can’t help it. 🙂 I’m actually really happy with the way our bookshelves look right now, so I’m not necessarily in need of more books to fill them up, but I think I can definitely find room for a few more if the opportunity should present itself. A few of these books I’m going to share today are books that I own and absolutely love, and a few are ones that have been catching my eye for quite some time and seem to be on the bookshelves of everyone whose style I admire. I thought it would be fun to share this list today. It may help you find the perfect Christmas gift for the home decor enthusiast in your life or maybe it will give you some ideas for your own Christmas list.
This is number one on my list this year! There’s a new follow-up book called More Beautiful out now as well, but I think I should start with the original first.
This book with its black and white striped spine has been just everywhere for years. I also own Elements of Family Style, which has a really neat blue and white spine, and it’s just beautiful.
This book is brand new and it’s one I’m really intrigued by. I feel pretty strongly that every traditional/classic space needs at least a few hits of modern style and I think the California modern vibes of this book provide the perfect inspiration.
