I shared Kennedy’s room make over last week and I thought today I might go into a little more detail about what I used in the room, in case you were curious. I got everything from so many different places, including big box stores, mall stores, and my own two hands! I’m pretty lucky that she picked this color combination, because aqua/turquoise/teal home stuff is pretty easy to find almost anywhere right now!
OK, we’ve got a lot of ground to cover, so let’s get started!
Main wall color: CIL Zeppelin
Accent color (On the blue wall, mirror frame, chair, chalkboard frame, and striped desk wall): CIL Sky High Blue
Bedside table color: Sherwin Williams Library Pewter
Dresser and floor stain: Early American by Varathane
Three square wall art things: Target
Window panels: Target
DIY Chalkboard instructions here.
We get a lot of comments and compliments on our floors and baseboards. They can be done so inexpensively and I do admit that they look pretty amazing.
Large zebra picture: Target
Zebra comforter and turquoise fuzzy blanket: Target
Animal print pillow: Bouclair
Antique bronze lamp and zebra shade: Walmart
Zebra flowers: Michael’s
Zebra rug: Target
Metal bed: Ikea
Grey and white fabrics for box spring cover and bed skirt: Online Fabric Store
Soccer wall decal: Cozy Wall Art
Light fixture: Home Depot
Fun hardware: Anthropologie
Chuck’s favorite bean bag chair: Pottery Barn Kids
Galvanized metal “K”: Michael’s
Zebra art supply holders: Target
Did I miss anything super important? I’m sure I must have. It’s a lot to sit down and go over every little detail that you put into a room all at one time!
If you have any specific questions about anything, ask away!
I hope this is a helpful resource if you have a little girl who wants a fun room like this one!
