We’re big ice cream fans around here and there’s nothing worse than having to wait for your ice cream to thaw a bit on the counter before you can scoop it into bowls or cones. OK, actually there are a lot of things worse than that, but why wait if you don’t have to?! Before you put your tub of ice cream back in the freezer, just put it into a big ziplock bag. I don’t really know why it works, but it does! 🙂 Try this one out for yourself!
