He was totally making fun of me, of course, because he really doesn't care whether or not our bedroom wall is decorated for Christmas, but I did it anyway!

It's a small life-raft of Christmas cheer in the sea of horrors that is our master bedroom.
Ha! OK, it's not that bad. It just has dark wood panelling and ugly dark brown doors.
First, I made this Silent Night sign. I'd been craving this bright, fresh green in my Christmas decor this year, so I mixed myself up this color.
Normal people crave ice cream, I crave a particular shade of green. OK, and ice cream too!
I grabbed some mis-matched glass vases from my collection and alternated greens with silver Christmas balls.
I just used some cedar and some kind of low-growing pine type stuff from the yard.
And that's Christmas for my new (old) brick wall!
I'll be linking this one up to Kim's Mantel and Vignette Party!

See you on Monday.
Love the wooden sign and greenery! Must smell wonderful! Sharing :D
I love the exposed brick and your sign is absolutely wonderful!
Ha! The joke's on him! Wow...how cool is that to have exposed brick in your bedroom??! I would just love that! I can see why you took Chris up on his sideways remark about decorating it! The fresh greenery is pretty against the red of the brick (and I'll bet it smells good, too!), and your sign is cool. Perfect for the bedroom!
Love it Courtney! Looks good with the brick for sure!!
Looks great against the brick wall. I love decorating with natural elements when I can. I'm visiting via Jen Rizzo's Creative Friday party.
