Homemade Turmeric Latte

This homemade turmeric latte has been my go-to lately when I want a healthy treat in the afternoon or in the evening after dinner. It's full of good-for-you ingredients, but just feels so fancy and indulgent at the same time!

  • 10-14 oz Unsweetened almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1/8 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cloves (optional - for extra cozy spiciness)
  • 1 pinch Black pepper (optional)


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking frequently.

  2. Turn off the heat and whisk with a milk frother if you're feeling fancy.

  3. Pour the latte into a mug and sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired.
