Plant-Based Crustless Chocolate Almond Pie

This surprisingly rich plant-based chocolate pie is the perfect indulgent winter treat for Valentine's Day or just a snowy afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Tofu Firm or silken
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter Crunchy or smooth
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Melted chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate chips in a glass measuring cup and melt them in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  2. Open the block of tofu, pat dry with a paper towel, and crumble it into the bowl of your food processor.

  3. Add the melted chocolate chips to the food processor as well, along with everything else.

  4. Pulse for about 2-3 minutes until everything is smooth.

  5. Pour into a pie dish and chill until everything is set, about 6-8 hours, or overnight.

  6. Slice and enjoy!
