Try this super simple three ingredient peach cobbler to take advantage of all those fresh peaches you've been picking at the orchard this summer!
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees and slice the peaches.
Place the sliced peaches into a 9x13" glass casserole dish. Sprinkle the cake mix over top, smoothing it out with a spoon.
Slice the stick of plant-based butter in 1/8" thick slices and layer the slices evenly over top of the cake mix.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the cobbler is a light golden brown.
Serve with plant-based whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
