Ingredients

  • 6 cups Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Plain Cheerios cereal
  • 3 cups Pretzels
  • 1 cup Raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar (or whatever you have)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/3 cup Butter substitute

Instructions

  1. Combine the cereals, pretzels, and sunflower seeds in your slow cooker and toss them to distribute everything evenly.

  2. In a glass measuring cup or a glass bowl, melt your butter substitute, then all all the remaining ingredients to it. Stir to combine.

  3. Pour the seasoning blend over the dry ingredients in the slow cooker and mix really well to distribute everything evenly over all of the pieces.

  4. Cook on low for about 3 hours, staring again after each hour to make sure nothing burns.

  5. Store in an airtight container for about a week or two, or in the freezer to make it last longer!
