  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 Banana mashed
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. 

  2. Spoon cookies out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making each cookie about 1 heaping tablespoon big.

  3. Bake at 350 for 17 minutes. Serve right away or store in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to a few days. 

  4. Makes about 12-14 cookies.
