Slow Cooker Corn on the Cob

Try this recipe for slow cooker corn on the cob the next time you have a crowd to feed, a full grill, and not enough hands. I love that you can set this up ahead of time so that you can be free to watch the grill or serve some drinks at your next BBQ!

  • 4 Cobs of Corn
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • Butter (optional)
  • Salt (optional)

  1. Remove the husks from your cobs of corn and place them in your slow cooker. Add the water. If you're doing more corn in a larger slow cooker (I used a 6 quart Crock Pot for 4 cobs of corn), double the amount of water used.

  2. Cook on high for three hours.

  3. When the corn is done, drain the water and stir in butter and salt to taste, or serve the corn as-is and let everyone add what they like at the table.
