Plant-Based Protein Powder Thai Peanut Sauce

Try this protein powder Thai peanut sauce for a quick plant-based lunch or as the perfect sauce to elevate a veggie stir fry!

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Neutral-flavored plant-based protein powder (I used Naked Pea Protein Powder)
  • 1 scoop Powdered peanut butter (I used Naked PB)
  • 2 tsp Cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2.5 tsp Maple syrup (Or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
  • 4-5 oz Warm water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth.

  2. Serve the sauce on top of warm noodles, rice, or stir-fried vegetables.

  3. To reheat the sauce, stir in a small amount of warm water and serve on top of warm noodles, veggies, etc. Microwaving the sauce on top of cold noodles sometimes causes it to thicken a little too much so it's better to allow the warmth of the food to heat up the sauce.
