I crack me up.

So you can see that we're up to our necks in perfect Fall scenery around here, but the time has come to start thinking about what I'm going to do for Christmas decorating this year.
I have an idea that involves making a whole bunch of signs, which is convenient because A) I have a whole giant pile of wood sitting behind the garage that's bugging me and B) I really like making signs.
I used Christmas Red acrylic for the base color and then just went a little nuts making it look like a bit of an old mess. I used my stamps and some Antique White for the lettering.
...and then I'll go and change my idea, of course. That's how these things work.
Oh well, you can never have too many cute signs!

Really like your signs - think I need to make me some too.
Your sign is perfect for Christmas, Courtenay. I made a similar one for Halloween a few years ago, orange and black of course. It says Pumpkins 25 cents. A least a half dozen people have offered to buy my porch decor pumpkins over the years!
It's perfect.
I can't get anything done for changing my mind... ugh!
Quite an enjoyable post, the pics are really nice and appreciable, and knowledge imparting.
