My convex mirror can beat up your convex mirror.

Remember how kids used to say to each other "My dad can beat up your dad."? Well, pitting one's parental figures against one another seems to be out of fashion nowadays, but if it wasn't, Kennedy probably would have said something like the title of today's post to me.

I bought these convex mirrors a couple of years ago and they had kind of a teal color going on. I liked the idea of them, but didn't love them as they were.

Kennedy and I decided to try painting them the other day. Actually I wanted to paint them, and she was bored so I thought I'd let her mess one up and then I'd fix it later to keep her occupied. She did the bigger one and I did the little one.

It turns out seven year olds are pretty good at fake aging paint jobs. Maybe a little too good.

"Mine's better than yours." She told me.

She's right!

I'm not worried though. I've just found myself a new helper and all she needs as payment is a grape Popsicle!
